Monday to Thursday: We typically ship orders placed before 1:30 PM via DPD to most UK locations, except some areas in Scotland and Northern Ireland, where DPD may be slower or more expensive. In such cases, we use Royal Mail.
Friday Orders: We ship all orders via Royal Mail to enable potential weekend delivery.
Saturday Orders: Orders placed before 10:00 AM are sent via Royal Mail, with the possibility of Sunday delivery for select UK locations.

Returns Window: You may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

The testing charge is £15.00, plus an additional 25% handling charge for handling and refund processing. Returned products purchased by mistake may also incur a handling charge when we issue a refund.
