UK Domestic Shipping
We offer DPD and Royal Mail shipping services based on your location and order timing.
Monday – Thursday Orders:
Orders placed before 1:30 PM are typically shipped via DPD for most UK locations.
For some areas in Scotland & Northern Ireland, where DPD may be slower or costlier, we use Royal Mail.
Friday Orders:
Shipped via Royal Mail to ensure potential weekend delivery.
Saturday Orders:
Orders placed before 10:00 AM are dispatched via Royal Mail with a possibility of Sunday delivery for select locations.

🌍 International Shipping (EU & Worldwide)
Due to Brexit regulations, shipping to the EU has become more complex due to customs, duties, and higher shipping costs.
For international orders, please contact us before purchasing so we can discuss available options and provide accurate shipping estimates.
🔄 Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues, please contact us before initiating a return, and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
Return Guidelines
Returns Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return: Contact us via email or our customer service form before returning any item. We will guide you through the return process.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to health and hygiene regulations, used or opened CBD products cannot be returned, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
