We aim to provide fast and reliable delivery using DPD and Royal Mail, selecting the most suitable option based on your location and time of order.
UK Shipping Details
Monday to Thursday: Orders placed before 1:30 PM are typically shipped via DPD for most UK locations, except for some areas in Scotland and Northern Ireland, where DPD may be slower or more expensive. In such cases, we use Royal Mail.
Friday Orders: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail to enable potential weekend delivery.
Saturday Orders: Orders placed before 10:00 AM are sent via Royal Mail, with the possibility of Sunday delivery for select UK locations.

International Shipping (EU & Worldwide)
Due to Brexit regulations, shipping to the EU has become increasingly complex, with additional customs, duties, and high shipping costs.

Return Guidelines
Returns Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return: Please contact us via email or our customer service form before returning any item. We will provide the necessary instructions to ensure a smooth return process.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Non-Returnable Items:
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened CBD products, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
