Traditionally, the official use of flowers is tea mixed with milk and coconut oil. Hemp flower is produced & packaged in such a form that THC cannot be recovered by readily applicable means or in a yield that constitutes a health risk. There is less than 1mg THC per finished packaged product of hemp flower to meet the criteria of an ‘exempted product’ by definition of Regulation 2 of the MDR 2001. Unlike medical marijuana, hemp does not contain the psychoactive properties of THC. Additionally, scientific research has documented that CBD is an anti-psychoactive.
Full-spectrum oil is the type of CBD product that contains the entire range of cannabinoids extracted from a single cannabis plant. It will have <0.2% THC.
Broad-Spectrum has all the THC removed and, during the refining process, removes all traces of psychoactive THC while still keeping all the other cannabinoids. Obviously, during the process, it will have less entourage effect than Full Spectrum. If you are looking for a product that has zero THC, then it has to be broad spectrum. But if you don't mind a small amount of legal THC, then that would be more effective.

While this is good for many who just need CBD, the resulting strain is devoid of many very useful cannabinoids. The plant's organic and natural CBD level is circa 1-5% if one wants to keep the THC lower at 0.2%. Many organic growers claim a higher entourage effect when compared with the high CBD content strains.
