Ingesting
While water-soluble isolate can be added to any food or drink of choice, the isolate can also be swallowed by itself. Anything you eat can be spiced up by adding CBD. It can be stirred into sauces, soups, stir-fries, and dressings. However, please note that the bioavailability is lower than that of water-soluble or vaping products if ingested. Be careful not to heat it up too much, or it could lose its potency.
If someone wants to use CBD isolate in juices or smoothies, they can add the preferred amount, which is already a healthy option.
Sublingually
To take CBD Isolate sublingually, you simply place it under your tongue and let the isolate dissolve for at least 90 seconds. Then, wash it down and swallow. The bioavailability is good if it is placed under the tongue, and it performs just like CBD Oil.
This method allows CBD to be absorbed by the mucous membranes and be delivered directly to the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system and liver to provide more immediate and effective relief.
Unlike CBD oil, the isolate is both tasteless and odourless.
Inhaling
In countries that allow smoking or inhaling the product, CBD isolate can be mixed with terpenes to create homemade CBD concentrates that can be vaped or dabbed.
